Case 260 - Septal Flash
Septal flash on cine imaging can be further deconstructed with segmental strain imaging to help differentiate between LBBB cardiomyopathy and just a conduction abnormality.

Three patients presented with different manifestations of septal flash.
The video discusses these 3 cases, the use of segmental strain imaging and using an LLM AI to decode the strain analysis to help with understanding the dyskinetic septal movement better.
